Omnicell Introduces Anywhere RN for Remote Medication Management to Improve Clinician Efficiency in Hospitals

(Nasdaq: OMCL), a leading provider of system solutions to acute healthcare facilities, today announced that South Jersey Healthcare (SJH) Regional Medical Center has implemented Omnicell 14.0 with Anywhere RN(TM), a software solution used in conjunction with Omnicell's automated medication dispensing cabinets to ensure safe, efficient and accessible medication management throughout the hospital. South Jersey Healthcare was one of the first hospitals to implement Omnicell 14.0, which is now available to all Omnicell customers.

Anywhere RN is the industry's first software solution to enable nurses to review medication orders at virtually any hospital computer or workstation and select profiled medications to issue from an Omnicell automated dispensing cabinet. Nurses may also use Anywhere RN to record medication waste and queue return transactions.
