Omnicell's OmniCenter Achieves VMware Ready™ Healthcare Virtualization Status

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 29, 2010 —Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ:OMCL), a leading provider of system solutions to acute healthcare facilities, today announced that its OmniCenter® server has achieved VMware Ready™ status. This designation indicates that OmniCenter has passed a detailed evaluation and testing process managed by VMware and is now listed on the VMware Partner Product Catalog.

Passing the extensive VMware-specified testing helps ensure that OmniCenter makes best use of VMware technology and is ready for deployment in customer environments.
